Living With Mindfulness : Up Your Game Jan 2018 SG Edition in Pictures

Kicked off 2018 to a great start with a session on Mindfulness attended by 30 individuals.

Was an enriching session filled with wonderful nuggets of sharings and tips on living mindfully from our invited Experts (Kalyan Bhatlapenumerthy, Anji Hallewell, Reshma Shekar, Serene Martin & Rayson Choo).

This has also led to the setting up of a dedicated group for those keen to embark on a guided mindfulness journey, The Mindfulness Circle.

We will be kicking off a 5 Day Mindfulness Challenge from 1st February 2018. Join the group to participate.
